Nexa Publications publishes original scholarly works across a broad range of academic, scientific, technological, and professional disciplines. Publication categories may include, but are not limited to, original research articles, systematic and narrative review articles, theoretical and conceptual papers, case studies, technical notes, short communications, methodological papers, and editorials.

Each journal hosted by Nexa Publications defines its specific aims and scope. However, all submissions must satisfy the platform’s overarching editorial standards, ethical requirements, and quality benchmarks.

Authorship must accurately reflect individuals who have made substantial intellectual contributions to the research and manuscript preparation. Nexa Publications adopts internationally accepted authorship standards consistent with the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).

All listed authors must have contributed significantly to the conception or design of the study, data acquisition, analysis, or interpretation; participated in drafting or critically revising the manuscript; approved the final version; and agreed to be accountable for all aspects of the work.

Author contribution statements are mandatory. Contributors who do not meet authorship criteria must be appropriately acknowledged.

All manuscripts submitted to Nexa Publications must be original works that have not been previously published and are not under consideration elsewhere. Authors must properly cite all sources and avoid plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, redundant publication, and selective reporting.

Manuscripts are subject to originality and similarity checks using plagiarism detection tools. Submissions that violate research integrity standards may be rejected, corrected, or retracted in accordance with established publishing guidelines.

Where applicable, article processing charges (APCs) or publication fees are clearly disclosed on each journal’s website prior to submission. Nexa Publications does not impose hidden or undisclosed charges.

Fee waivers or discounts may be granted at the discretion of individual journals.

Nexa Publications supports open access publishing to promote the free and global dissemination of scholarly research. Licensing terms, including Creative Commons options where applicable, are clearly stated.

Nexa Publications follows recognized best practices to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record. Corrections, expressions of concern, and retractions are clearly labeled and permanently linked to the original publication.

Authors are encouraged to make research data available where possible, subject to ethical, legal, and confidentiality constraints. Data availability statements must clearly explain access conditions.
